$25 Non-Refundable Deposits Required to schedule*, deposit will be used towards your treatment or package.

Communication is important and Chulada will always try to make our schedule work with yours, but please reach out BEFORE your scheduled time.

Minimum 10 hours notice required for cancellations/rescheduling.
If not given 10 hour notice of rescheduling the session will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to reschedule.

*If No Call/No Show on the day of appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to schedule any future appointments.

No refunds will be given once a package/treatment plan has started. By continuing to schedule you are agreeing to Chuladas deposit, refund and attendance policies.
